ABOUT ME

• I'm 35; mom, wife, daughter, friend, marketer, writer, social media enthusiast, event planner, lover of fitness, lifting weights, fashion, food and health
• Eat Clean Train Mean is my motto 
• I had kidney cancer (Chromophobe Renal Cell Carcinoma - ChRCC) 
• The tumor (named Lionel) was found in August 2013 and thanks to a talented surgeon and a robot Lionel exited with my right kidney. I'm now a member of the Mono Kidney Club 
• Mission - to live a healthy, happy, humorous and helpful life with one kidney, cancer free

• Music is the answer, to your problems (anyone who went to a house party in the 90's will be with me on this one, and singing along... and have that stuck in your head now) 
• I'm a retired DJ who still gets goosebumps hearing a breakbeat (I'm sure DnB runs through my veins) 
• I use hashtags in messages and emails #unnecessarybutfun 
• I am passionate about fashion (I have too many clothes, yet nothing to wear) 
• I like moleskin notebooks and pens (I have been known to get lost an art store for hours. Like a moth to the flame - "Look at all the pretty colors!!!") 
• I was never sporty yet have grown a passion for lifting heavy weights and doing pull ups
